SANDY PEREZ' SANGRIA 
Triple Sec
Spanish or French brandy
Red burgundy or white wine
Seltzer water
2 tbsp. sugar
Oranges & apples, cut up
Ice

Fill pitcher 1/4 full with triple sec. Fill next 1/4 with brandy. Fill next 1/4 with wine and next 1/4 with seltzer. Add sugar and stir. Add ice and fruit and stir again. Serve.
