MUSHROOM IN GARLIC BUTTER SAUCE 
1/4 c. butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
12 oz. fresh mushrooms (can be sliced or left whole, I prefer whole sm. mushrooms)
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Place butter and garlic in 2 quart casserole. Microwave at High 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes or until butter melts and garlic browns; stir after half the time.

Add mushrooms, salt and pepper; stir to coat. Cover dish with wax paper. microwave at High 3 to 5 minutes or until desired doneness, stirring after half the cooking time. Serves 4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.

I actually found your recipe awhile back. My husband and I have cooked this several times. I cook it in a saucepan though. And I've used baby portabellos. Top it on a nice steak and dive in! Easy and yummy!
