CHI-CHI SLUSH 
46 oz. pineapple juice
1 sm. frozen lemonade
1 (14 oz.) can coconut cream
1 c. vodka
1 c. light rum

Mix together and freeze. When ready to serve, thaw slightly and add 2 liters 7- Up.

Use a better quality of vodka (I used UV and wished I had used Smirnoff at least) and rum in this one. This is one of the yummiest slushies. Also, remove the coconut fat from the milk before you add it. The oil separates and turns into lumps of hard coconut fat in your slushy. Tastes OK but ruins the texture. I didn't add the 7-up, either.
