4 to 5 packs extra firm water packed tofu
6 c. safflower oil
6 c. water
juice of 1 lemon
1 3/4 c. Braggs liquid aminos
1/4 c. tamari
1 c. nutritional yeast
1 tsp. garlic granules
1 tsp. Spike
1 tsp. kelp powder
1 tsp. dried basil

Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy, then add dried parsley flakes or chopped fresh parsley.
