SKILLET CARROTS | |
1 1/2 lbs. carrots 4 tbsp. butter 3 tbsp. brown sugar Cut carrots diagonally into 1/2 inch slices. Place carrots, butter and brown sugar in a skillet. Add enough water to just cover carrots. Cover the skillet and bring to a boil. Cook at a low boil for 10 to 15 minutes until tender and most of the liquid has evaporated. |
