PEACH DESSERT 
CRUST:

3 c. oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. butter, melted

FILLING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding
1 (3 oz.) peach Jello
2 c. water or peach juice
1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
2 to 4 c. sliced peaches (fresh or canned)

Mix crust ingredients together. Save 1 cup and press the rest into a 9 x 13 inch buttered pan. Bake 6 to 8 minutes at 350 degrees. In a large, heavy pan, combine pudding, Jello, and water (juice). Cook over medium heat until boiling. Cool. Fold in Cool Whip and sliced peaches. Spread over crust. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Refrigerate.
