CHICKEN VERONA 
1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. minced parsley
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. melted butter
1 chicken (about 3 lb.) cut up
1/3 c. grated parmesan cheese
2 tsp. salt
Pinch of dry mustard
1 clove garlic, minced

Mix bread crumbs with cheese, parsley, salt, pepper and mustard. Mix the melted butter and garlic separately. Dip the chicken pieces into the melted butter mixture, dredge in the crumbs and set pieces in a single layer in a shallow baking pan. Sprinkle the remaining butter over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
