APEROL SPRITZ
The drink typically consists of three main ingredients mixed in the following proportions:

Prosecco (Italian sparkling wine) – 2 parts
Aperol (an aperitif with bitter orange, gentian, rhubarb, and cinchona among other ingredients) – 1 part
Soda water or club soda – 1 part

To make an Aperol Spritz, you would typically follow these steps:

Fill a wine glass (traditionally a balloon glass if available) with ice cubes to keep the drink cold and refreshing.

Add the Prosecco first, then the Aperol, and top it off with soda water or club soda. The order of pouring is important as adding the sparkling wine last can cause it to fizz up excessively.

Optionally, garnish the cocktail with a slice of orange to enhance the citrus notes in Aperol.

Stir gently just to combine; avoid over-stirring which could reduce the effervescence of the Prosecco and soda water.

Serve immediately while it's still bubbly for a delightful pre-dinner drink known as an "aperitivo" in Italy, meant to stimulate the appetite before a meal.

The Aperol Spritz is enjoyed worldwide not only because of its taste but also due to its simplicity and visual appea and its bright orange color
