RASPBERRY SMOOTHIE 
PER SERVING:

1 cup raspberries
1 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
9 ice cubes
2 spoons whipped cream (optional)
sugar (added on your own terms)

Chop ice cubes in blender before, so there are no small cubes of ice in the mix. Add the rest of the ingredients. You can eyeball the sugar for dietary purposes or taste.
