HEATHER'S SAUSAGE DIP | |
1 (1 lb.) pkg. ground sausage (I use Jimmy Dean) 1 (10 oz.) can Rotel diced tomatoes (mild) 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese Put sausage in a pan on high, then let it get brown. Chop up with spatula. When that is all simmered down and brown, set stove to medium and add tomatoes and cream cheese. Let cream cheese melt then stir - this a pinkish white color. Put in bowl, let it cool for a couple of minutes then serve with a bowl of your favorite chips. Hope you enjoy! Submitted by: Heather Edwards |
