STEAK FAJITAS | |
1 beef flank steak 1 med. onion, sliced 2 chili peppers, slices MARINADE: 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 3 tbsp. dry white wine 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 3 drops red pepper sauce CONDIMENTS: Flour tortillas Grated cheese Shredded lettuce Chopped tomatoes Sliced olives Sour cream Salsa Mashed avocado Mix marinade in an oblong baking dish. Place steak, onions and peppers in dish. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Remove steak from marinade. Grill or broil until desired doneness. Slice steak into long thin slices. In a frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. When hot, place onions, peppers and remaining marinade in pan. Saute until onions and peppers are tender. Heat flour tortilla and place steak, onions, peppers and desired condiments on tortilla. Roll or fold and eat! |
