STEAK FAJITA 
Flank or London Broil steak

MARINADE:

2 tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. ground mustard
2 tbsp. lemon or lime juice
1 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. hoisin sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. oil
Slice of ginger
Garlic powder

Combine all ingredients and pour over steak. Sprinkle with garlic powder. Marinate overnight. Grill steak 5 to 7 minutes on each side. Cut meat into thin slices.
