$300 FROSTING 
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. butter

Cook flour and milk until very thick, then cool completely with lid on.

Cream sugar, butter and vanilla until very light and fluffy (about 10- 15 minutes). Add cooked mixture and beat well. Should be consistency of whipping cream.
