MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
2 (15 oz. ea.) cans mandarin oranges

Remove excess liquid from oranges but do not completely drain.

Combine all ingredients. Beat until well blended and oranges are broken up.

Bake in a 9x13-inch greased pan at 325°F for 30 to 35 minutes. Done when knife comes out clean.

GLAZE:

1 1/2 cups brown sugar
6 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. milk

Combine ingredients and spread on cooled cake.
