SEEDLESS BLACKBERRY COBBLER 
2 c. blackberry juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water

Heat juice, vanilla, and sugar until hot. In small bowl, mix cornstarch in water and stir until smooth. Add to hot juice and cook until thick. Remove from heat and prepare sweet dough.

Sweet Dough:

2 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. baking powder

Place butter in 12 x 8 x 2 baking dish. Melt in oven. Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and milk, stirring until smooth. Pour over hot butter in pan.

Spoon blackberry filling over dough. Do not stir.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

The flavor is really good. I think my mistake was that I could have cooked the juice longer so that it got a bit thicker. I'm glad I ran across this recipe. As I love blackberry cobbler and hate the seeds!
