RHUBARB-STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 (9 inch) pie crust
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
Grated rind of orange
2 1/2 c. fresh or frozen strawberries
2 1/2 c. rhubarb (chopped)
1/4 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. butter

Combine sugar, flour and orange rind. Toss with strawberries, rhubarb and juice. Pour into prepared crust. Dot with butter. Bake 400 degrees, 50-60 minutes.
