“ASIAN PLUM SAUCE (DUCK SAUCE)” IS IN:

ASIAN PLUM SAUCE (DUCK SAUCE) 
1 cup plum preserves or jam
1 tablespoon sugar or honey
1/2 cup chutney, finely chopped
1 tablespoon vinegar

Blend all ingredients together until very smooth.

Serve with egg rolls or as a dipping sauce. We also use this on oven roasted chicken (just brush on chicken with a tablespoon of soy sauce and a teaspoon of Rosemary just before roasting).

Yield: 1 1/2 cups.
