ORIENTAL CHICKEN DIPPING SAUCE 
4 apricot halves & half the juice of the can
2 peach halves
3 tbsp. Asian plum sauce (available in any oriental market)
1/2 chopped red onion
1 tsp. dried mustard
2 oz. minced fresh ginger root
Juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp. crushed red pepper
1 garlic clove, finely chopped

Puree all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Garnish with chopped parsley and apricots. Yield: 1 1/2 cups. This sauce is wonderful over grilled, BBQ or roasted chicken.
