WEIGHT WATCHERS STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 pkg. sugar-free vanilla pudding (cooked variety)
1 pkg. sugar-free strawberry Jello
2 1/4 c. water
24 oz. fresh strawberries

Mix water, Jello and pudding in saucepan. Stirring constantly boil for 1 minute; cool. Pour over fresh strawberries. The berries could be in a pie crust, graham cracker crust or a cake pan lined with graham crackers. If using a 9 x 13 inch cake pan, the recipe would have to be doubled. For graham cracker crust, use butter and equal top with lite Cool Whip. Serves 4.

My husband and I are attending WW meetings. I was having guests over for Sunday lunch and wanted something refreshing but not too heavy of a dessert. I found this recipe and would recommend it very highly as it is very tasty. I did not use diet butter...just used what I had on hand. I also used Graham cracker crumbs. This is definitely a summer staple dessert.
