WEIGHT WATCHERS STRAWBERRY PIE 
FILLING:

1 1/2 c. cold water
6 tsp. cornstarch
4 pkg. sweetener (Equal)
1 pkg. (sm.) sugar-free strawberry Jello
3 c. sliced strawberries

CRUST:

12 graham crackers (2 1/2" sq.)
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 pkg. sweetener (Equal)

For Filling: Cook water and cornstarch on medium heat until thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat when mixture boils. Add sweetener and stir. Slowly add Jello and stir. Cool 1 hour. Fold in strawberries.

For Crust: Crumble crackers. Mix in sweetener and butter. Bake 7 minutes at 350 degrees in 8 inch pie pan sprayed with Pam. Add filling and top with whipped topping, if desired (add optional calories). Makes 4 servings. (1 serving = 1 Fr, 1 1/2 B, 3/4 Fa, 25 O.C.)
