STRAWBERRY PIE (WEIGHT WATCHERS) 
1 pkg. sugar free strawberry Jello
1 pkg. sugar free vanilla pudding
1 qt. fresh strawberries
2 c. water

Add Jello and pudding to water. Bring to a full boil. Slice strawberries. Add strawberries to hot Jello and pudding. Pour into 9" pie pan. Refrigerate. For Weight Watchers: 1/4 pie equals 1 FR and 28 optional calories.

Be sure to use cold water as I used hot and the pudding curdled (had to end up straining it).
I think a little dollop of Cool Whip (or equivalent) on top of it when served cuts the sorbitol (or whatever they use) aftertaste. Be sure to use "Lite" as it only adds about 20 calories. It is especially colorful if you use a glass pie plate if you make it.
