BAKED PORK CHOPS AND RICE 
3 c. cooked rice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 center cut pork chops
Salt and pepper

Mix rice, salt, and soup together; place pork chops in the bottom of a lightly greased baking dish and top with rice mixture. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

I agree with the other comments. Very easy to prepare and the rice is good and the pork chops are moist and tender. I do however, brown and season the pork chops prior to baking. I do this while waiting for my rice to finish. Just takes minutes to do. I not only slightly oil the bottom of the dish, but the sides too, then cover with foil to keep the rice from over cooking.
