PORK CHOPS & RICE | |
1 cup parboiled rice 3 tbsp. butter 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 small diced onion 1 can beef consommé 1 & 1/2 cans water (use empty beef broth can) salt & pepper to taste 4 boneless pork chops Preheat oven to 350°F. Sauté rice and onion in butter and Worcestershire sauce. Place in 9x13-inch oven safe dish. Add beef consommé and water. Layer pork chops. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake for one hour. DO NOT UNCOVER TILL COOKED. Let stand 5 minutes. Enjoy!! Submitted by: Melissa Nichols |
