I love this recipe! It's easy and fun to make, and it always turns out delicious. The sweet dough, cinnamon, sugar, and nuts are a perfect combination. I like the richer flavor that the brown sugar adds. This recipe is great for brunches or get-togethers, and it's always a hit with my friends and family.

I have always used hot roll dough instead of biscuit dough. Much better flavor.

This recipe is great but I mix brown sugar and regular sugar instead of cinnamon and sugar.

Can this recipe be made in an electric skillet? ... my oven broke and I'm craving monkey bread!

For the "wow" factor, I added 2 tsp. vanilla extract to the butter mixture after it was heated. House smelled great early on brisk morning and the bread was wanting a good cup of coffee.

This is a good recipe. I had not used coconut before.

I made this to finish off our pork roast supper. Not one piece of the bread was left over. My hubbie wants this made weekly.

Or fry and crumble 1/2 to 1 lb of bacon to sprinkle between the layers. It's like pancakes and bacon only more yummy.

Instead of the biscuits you can use dough, they sell it all ready to use in either white or wheat. This recipe is delicious!

Perfect just as it is. As a band mom trust and believe it works the night before those cold 5am mornings!

This is kind of like the recipe I've been using for 32 years, but I always bake mine in an angel food cake pan; this works very well. Also instead of shaking the biscuit pieces in a plastic bag, I layer the biscuits and sprinkle each layer with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.

Try adding some butter and raisins half way through the layering of biscuits. This added some moisture and helped the biscuits cook. I have a convection oven and using this helped with complete baking and little burning.

I drizzle icing. I also put put walnuts in my pan first, so when I flip it over, they are on top.
