DRIED BEEF DIP 
1 (8 oz.) tub cottage cheese
2 tbsp. milk (I use 2%)
2 to 3 tbsp. horseradish
1/2 tsp. instant minced onions
3 oz. dried beef

Place cottage cheese and milk in blender. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Add remaining ingredients. Blend on low until beef is shredded and evenly distributed.

Cover with Saran or plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
