MOM'S HOMEMADE VEGGIE BEEF SOUP | |
Quick and easy and your family will love it! Of course, you could add different veggies to your soup. My family doesn't care for carrots, peas, or onions. Use your imagination :) 2 quarts water (8 cups) 6 tbsp. Superior Touch "Better Than Bouillon" beef base 1 (10 oz.) can of Campbell's tomato soup (I use low sodium) 3/4 cup uncooked rice 1 (15 oz.) can drained corn 1 (15 oz.) can drained green beans 1 large diced potato 1 tbsp. minced garlic 2 (6 oz. ea.) pkgs. Tyson precooked seasoned steak strips Boil water. Dissolve beef base in water and add tomato soup. Add all other ingredients, reduce heat, cover and simmer for one hour. That's it! You're done!
