I made this for dinner tonight and it was fantastic! I omitted the allspice, and used 3 very meaty soup bones. The broth was rich and flavorful, the veggies were perfect, and the meat just fell apart it was so tender! My boys said they didn't like vegetable soup when we sat down, but they both asked for seconds and to eat the leftovers for lunch tomorrow!!!
