I really love this recipie! The only thing i did different was add more seasonings when all of the ingredients were blended together, and cooked on low for 45 minutes. Delish!

This is a delicious and simple recipe. I am a big fan of seasoning. As every chef or cook is different, I added some crushed red pepper and basil. However, This is a wonder recipe and would recommend to all. Thank you.

Excellent, very simple and quick. I did add a chopped turnip, and more corn & peas but, it was good the way it was. Everybody loved it.

Delicious! I have had this several times now. I've only made two changes. One, I only need about 1.5 pounds of beef, but what I did differently was after browning and adding seasonings, I added liquid and let the meat simmer for a while -- 45 minutes? -- and then added the vegetables. This was for flavor; I do this with most soups.
This last time, I finely diced some carrots and celery, sweated them first in a tablespoon of oil, then added the ground beef to browned to the same pan, just so I knew the vegies would cook together.
Either way, my entire family likes this. You've done well!

About how many servings did this make? I'd like to use it for our Wednesday night supper at church and need to feed about 80 people.
