CHINESE CABBAGE SALAD 
1 lg. cabbage, shredded
8 tbsp. slivered almonds, toasted
5 to 7 green onions, sliced (not too far down)
1/2 head purple cabbage, shredded
8 tbsp. sesame seed, toasted
1 pkg. chicken top ramon soup (set noodles aside)

DRESSING:

1 pkg. chicken seasoning from Top Ramon
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. pepper
6 tbsp. rice vinegar
1/2 c. oil

Mix all ingredients together and chill 2 to 3 hours. Just before serving, break noodles apart and toss in.
