CLASSIC MEATLOAF 
2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. ketchup
2 eggs
20-30 crackers, crumbled
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 small finely chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste

Combine above ingredients, place in dutch oven, add some extra ketchup to top of loaf. Add 1 cup of water to pan.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.

Uncover; let brown if needed.
