ASIAN KOREAN STYLE BARBECUE PORK LOIN SIRLOIN CHOPS | |
3 1/2 lb. pork loin sirloin chops (boneless) MARINADE: 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup liquid smoke 1/2 cup water 3 tsp. brown sugar 1 tsp. ground ginger 2 tsp. olive oil 1 tsp. white vinegar 1 1/2 tsp. garlic, minced 2 dashes red pepper flakes 2 dashes onion powder Mix the marinade together. Set aside. Tip: For a lower sodium marinade, use reduced sodium soy sauce, or light soy sauce. Trim all fat from boneless pork loin and cut into 1/3 to 2-inch pieces. Place meat in a baking dish and pour marinade over top. Cover with Saran or plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 2 hours. Heat a grill and coat with non-stick cooking spray (Pam). Remove pork from marinade; place on grill. (Discard excess marinade). Reduce heat to medium; cook, turning occasionally, until pork is no longer pink and internal temperature is 160°F, about 10 to 18 minutes. Let pork rest 5 minutes before slicing. Serve over hot rice with steamed broccoli. Submitted by: Faulknerck |
