SPICY BBQ PORK LOIN CHOPS
4 center cut pork loin chops (with or without bacon wrapped)

SPICY BARBECUE SAUCE:

2 tbsp. barbecue sauce (I use Sweet Baby Ray's original)
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (French's)
1 tsp. honey (Tupelo)
1 tsp. Cajun seasoning (Weber's)
1 tsp. Montreal steak seasoning (McCormick)
1 tsp. brown sugar (Domino)

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Prepare the center chops if you desire bacon or not. Pork should be thawed before cooking.

Prepare the sauce. Place two tablespoons of BBQ sauce, and one tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl. Add one teaspoon each of honey, Cajun seasoning, Montreal steak seasoning, and brown sugar. Mix generously with a fork.

Lightly spread cooking oil on a surface of a baking pan. Place center cut pork chops evenly spaced on a baking pan.

Lightly spread your prepared spicy BBQ sauce onto the pork chops. Place in oven center rack and bake at 350°F for 45 to 60 minutes.

Check internal temperature of meat for at least 160°F before eating. Enjoy!

Serves 2.
