LOIN PORK CHOP ROAST 
4 to 6 loin pork chops
1 box bread stuffing mix

Prepare stuffing mix as directed and set aside to cool. (I prepare this night before.)

Cut a section of aluminum foil, enough to cover the roast you will make. Begin to stack chops alternately spreading stuffing mix on each chop. Lay the stacked chops down, using the aluminum foil to shape and cover the roast. Leave a little opening on top to let steam out.

Bake covered for 40 minutes at 375 degrees. Uncover the top and bake for another 15 minutes. Remove roast from oven and let set for 20 minutes or so before serving.
