Adding garlic powder will enhance the flavor. This was easy, tender and flavorful. Gravy was outstanding. Will make in an oven proof skillet or Dutch oven next time.

Fantastic recipe! It's the best ever. I wish it had a different name because you have several recipes with the same or similar name. It's my go to entrée.

Made this delicious recipe again, but with chicken breast, sliced longwise. Added more garlic and more Worcestershire sauce because I love it. It was fantastic. Be careful not to over salt. Taste as you go! Didn't want to make mashed potatoes, so I zapped one!

I made this as directed but used fewer ingredients as I only cooked for 2, I did sprinkle the chops with garlic powder and pepper and added thickly sliced potatoes and carrots on top of the chops before adding the rest. It was delicious and fork tender. Thanks for sharing!
