PEACH COBBLER 
6 c. peaches
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. pancake mix
1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg, beaten

Mix peaches, brown sugar and melted butter and put into 9 inch square pan. For topping, mix pancake mix and sugar. Add cinnamon and egg and spread topping over peaches. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.

You need to add milk to make sure that the batter is spreadable or it's too dry. Otherwise good :)

Turned out great... but I did add a tablespoon of milk and soft butter to batter. I love this recipe... so delicious. :)
