SKILLET PORK CHOPS | |
Vegetable cooking spray 6 (4 oz.) lean, boneless center cut loin pork chops, 1/4 inch thick 1 med.-sized green bell pepper 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can no salt added whole tomatoes, undrained and chopped 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Coat a large nonstick skillet with vegetable cooking spray; place on medium-high heat until hot. Add pork chops and brown on all sides. Chop half of bell pepper; sprinkle over chops. Cut remaining half into rings, set aside. |
