EASY SKILLET PORK CHOPS 
2 or 3 (1/2-3/4 inch) loin pork chops
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 c. water
1 beef bouillon cube
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Saute pork chops in butter until brown; set aside. Reserve drippings. Saute onion in drippings until tender. Add salt, pepper, cornstarch and mustard; stir well. Add water, bouillon and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until bouillon is dissolved. Place pork chops in skillet and simmer 20 to 30 minutes.

I didn't add the bouillon cube just because my husband doesn't prefer it in general; however, those were probably the best pork chops I've ever eaten...move over Shake n Bake...you've been replaced! :)

Great recipe! Used a little more butter than called for in the recipe and used spicy brown mustard in place of the regular mustard. Served this with mashed potatoes. Will definitely make again!
