EASY SKILLET PORK CHOPS | |
2 or 3 (1/2-3/4 inch) loin pork chops 1 1/2 tbsp. butter 3/4 c. chopped onion 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. cornstarch 2 tsp. prepared mustard 1 c. water 1 beef bouillon cube 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Saute pork chops in butter until brown; set aside. Reserve drippings. Saute onion in drippings until tender. Add salt, pepper, cornstarch and mustard; stir well. Add water, bouillon and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until bouillon is dissolved. Place pork chops in skillet and simmer 20 to 30 minutes. |
