SKILLET BARBEQUED PORK CHOPS 
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 (1/2 inch thick) pork loin chops or steaks
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. chili sauce or ketchup
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. honey

In small bowl, combine garlic powder, ginger and pepper; blend well. Sprinkle mixture on both sides of pork chops. (Reserve any remaining garlic powder mixture.)

Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add pork chops; cook 2-3 minutes on each side or until browned.

In small bowl, combine chili sauce, soy sauce, honey and any remaining garlic powder mixture; blend well. Pour over pork chops. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10-15 minutes or until chops are tender. Serve with rice.

easy to prepare & great timing for perfectly tender porkchops, but far too much soy sauce! i'd go with maybe half that amount next time, made it way too salty! with the sodium cut down tho, i'd definetly make again! :)
