PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 c. milk
1/2 c. oil
1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding
3 eggs
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Beat first 4 ingredients together and add eggs, one at a time and beat well. Pour 1/2 batter into Bundt or tube pan. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over batter. Add remaining batter and bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes.

PISTACHIO FROSTING:

1 pkg. Dream Whip
1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding
1 1/2 c. cold milk

Combine all ingredients and beat on high for 5 minutes until smooth and creamy.
