6 boiled potatoes, diced
2 hard boiled eggs, diced
1 onion, diced
salad dressing
2 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar

Mix potatoes, eggs and onions. Add the amount of salad dressing desired. Add sugar to vinegar, mix well and pour over potatoes.

Variation: Add diced cucumber and tomato.
