BROCCOLI-RICE-CHEESE CASSEROLE | |
2 (10 oz. ea.) pkgs. chopped broccoli, cooked lightly & drained 1 cup Minute Rice (do not precook rice) 1 small onion, chopped 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 cup milk 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 cup shredded cheese salt, to taste Mix together.
