CHICKEN, RICE, BROCCOLI & CHEESE CASSEROLE | |
1/2 cup Cheese Whiz (jar) 1 cup quick-cooking rice 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli 1/2 cup milk chicken, cooked and cubed (I use chicken breasts) 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/4 cup chicken broth 1/2 onion, chopped Combine all ingredients. Place in casserole dish. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes. |
