CHICKEN - RICE - BROCCOLI
CASSEROLE
 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
2 c. cooked rice
1 c. Velveeta cheese, grated
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (3 oz.) can French fried onions
1 soup can milk

Cook broccoli according to package directions. Combine chicken, rice, cheese, broccoli, and soup. Add 1 soup can of milk; mix well. Pour in buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with onions. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until onions are brown and crisp.

This is delicious. My husband and kids love it. I add garlic and pepper to add some spices to it. It is a combo of green bean casserole and broccoli rice chicken casserole. YUMMY!

Amazing recipe, thank you. My husband and I really enjoyed it, and we will definitely make it again. I actually used cream of mushroom with roasted garlic and it turned out really good. Another thing, it probably took me 20 minutes to bake, not the full 30 min.

Not bad. It had really good flavor. All in all the only downfall was that it was a bit soupy. Next time I might just use a half can of soup and a half can of milk. Like Cris, I used cream of mushroom with roasted garlic. Served it with croissants.

Loved it! I looked at some of the reviews below and added garlic, pepper, and onion salt. I also used the full can of mushroom soup, but only about 3/4 can of milk and a bit more rice than two cups. Delicious! We will definitely make this again!

This was a pleasant surprise! I didn't have any milk, so I used some Alfredo sauce from a jar, and used Velveeta Queso Blanco instead of regular Velveeta (it's what I had open) and it was really good! Thank you for making Monday night's dinner easy and super-yummy!

I give this one 5 stars because it's easy, quick, and delicious! I only changed a few things to suit my taste. I added 2 cans of cream of mushroom instead of one. I still put in the one can of milk, but i used instant white rice instead of cooked. Make sure if you try this you don't use the instant brown rice. It doesn't turn out for some reason. All in all this one is definitely a keeper
