EASY SAUSAGE PASTA 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. angel hair pasta
1 (16 oz.) pkg. sausages, cut into bite-sized pieces (I use chicken sausage)
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp. minced garlic
3 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 cup white wine or cooking wine
red pepper flakes, to taste
Italian seasoning, to taste
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese, for sprinkling

Prepare pasta according to package directions.

Heat olive oil over medium-high heat, sauté chicken sausage, chopped red pepper, mushrooms and garlic. Once the sausage is starting to brown, add white wine and simmer for 5 minutes.

Drain pasta and add everything into one pan. Add red pepper flakes and Italian seasoning, to taste.

Serve topped with shredded Mozzarella cheese.

I made this recipe today and it was delicious! The sausage was tender, the pasta was al dente, and the red peppers were just a little bit spicy. I also added some fresh basil leaves for an extra oomph of flavor.
