DELICIOUS POTATO SKINS FROM
TENNESSEE
 
So easy... So good!!!

6 large Russet potatoes
1 (8 oz.) bag shredded cheddar cheese
bacon bits (Hormel, use as much as you like)
1/2 tsp. A1 steak sauce (per skin)
1 tsp. dairy sour cream (per skin)
salt and pepper, to taste

Cook potatoes in microwave till done. Cut each potato in half. Scoop out one tablespoon from center. Fill each center with shredded cheese, A1 sauce, dairy sour cream, and top with bacon bits. Season with salt and pepper to taste!!!

Makes 12 skins.
