CLAM CASSEROLE 
8 oz. noodles
1 (8 oz.) can minced clams
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed mushroom soup
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. shredded cheese (any type)
1 c. herb stuffing mix, crushed
2 tbsp. butter
Paprika

Oven at 350 degrees. Cook noodles, 5 minutes, drain. Drain mushrooms and clams, reserve liquid. Mix liquid with soup. Mix all ingredients except last three. Pour into greased 2 quart casserole. Mix stuffing with butter and sprinkle over top, then sprinkle paprika. Cover and bake in preheated oven (350 degrees) for 20 minutes, uncovered and bake 10 minutes longer.

Serves 6.
