OVEN BAKED PORK STEAKS 
4 pork steaks
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. meat tenderizer (optional)
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Preheat oven at 350°F. Sprinkle meat on both sides with salt, pepper, meat tenderizer, garlic salt and Worcestershire sauce. Place steaks on foil lined cookie sheet.

Bake at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes, turning once.

Terrific and easy. I pounded the steaks between wax paper instead of using tenderizer. After baking, I sliced into thin bites, put them in a skillet with grilled onion and poured the sauce generated by baking over everything. This is oh-my-gosh great.

Rebecca, it's obvious you didn't like this recipe as presented, because you totally changed it. You are not alone; it appears to be a common practice among home cooks when they review recipes. Why not just submit your own recipe?

She didn't change it, she made it without tenderizer as was suggested and cut it up to eat in a different form than a hunk of meat in need of a knife. And sauteed onions on almost anything is never wrong!

Needed a simple way to cook pork steak, and this was it! I substituted season salt for meat tenderizer, and didn't use any other salt. Brushed Worcestershire onto meat, then just sprinkled the garlic, season salt, and pepper on meat without measuring! My steaks were pretty thick, so I added 15 minutes of cooking time. Everyone loved it!

That was AWESOME! I eliminated the regular salt and used both the seasoned salt and garlic salt, but within reason. I don't have the tenderizer powder but used the mallet and it worked just fine. Wow, just didn't expect this to be so easy! It's a keeper.

The recipe is fine but 20-30 minutes is not enough. I baked one .9 lb pork steak and it took 50-55 minutes before it was done.

I agree, 30 minutes is not long enough. I poured 2 cans of Cream of chicken on top and cooked with lid on for 55 minutes.
