PARMESAN BREADED PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops, 3/4 inch thick (about 3 oz each)
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour

Heat oven 350°F.

Dredge pork chops in flour to coat both sides.

Dip pork chops in combined egg and seasoning and then in combined cheese and bread crumbs. Heat oil in skillet, brown each chop on both sides.

Bake at 350°F 35 minutes turning chops occasionally.

I made this tonight. I used boneless chops. It was wonderful. The only thing I changed was adding butter to the baking pan and drizzling butter over the top of the chops before baking. It came out surprisingly very, very moist.
