This is GREAT salad !!! Instead of Caesar Salad Dressing,

Great for a family dinner, if there is kids, maybe you can try putting aside some chicken and pasta, and just add their favorite salad dressing..ranch, italian, etc. Still taste great with out the veggies[;

Great and simple recipe. I was trying to find a recipe with chicken but didn't require mayonaise or mint or all those expensive items, and I found it here, thanks so much for sharing.

Awesome... Just add a few dashes of pepper and salt first time ever made a salad with Caesar salad dressing... Used less fat Caesar and about 1/4 cup of light mayo to make it creamier. For the chicken, I simply diced pieces of a cold roast chicken (remove skin and dice) cut up as much as you desire... This could be 1 or 2 cups depends how much chicken you have or want in the salad as there was no time to separately cook chicken breasts... I needed to get it done.

Great recipe, easy and simple. I used chopped marinated feta and added chopped bacon to the chicken just for something different :)
