Peanut Butter Balls

This recipe was super easy to make and only took minutes. It is so easy that it would be really fun to do with kids. The only thing wrong is the powdered sugar starts to get absorbed by the balls. Other than that they are great and taste great. Big thumbs up!

Another alternative to rolling the peanut butter balls in powdered sugar is to melt either chocolate chips or the fondue-type chocolate (melts smoother) and roll each ball in the chocolate, coating either the whole ball or just half the ball. My daughter and I love them this way!

You can substitute the 1/4 cup of powdered sugar with melted almond bark... they're very delicious :)

I've made these since I was a child and with my own children and when my grandson is older, will make these with him also. The only thing is the balls do seem to get too moist by the 10x sugar so we dip some in dipping chocolate and then roll them in chopped salted peanuts, others in chopped salted peanuts without the chocolate, and leave some with just the 10x sugar. Take your pick! But all are yummy and easy, couldn't ask for more preparing for the busy holiday season!

This sounds like a great recipe, I'm doing a work party and it has a dessert bar, and one of the things for the dessert bar is a chocolate fountain, and I needed something to dip into it, and I decided peanut butter balls, so I'd just stick a toothpick in them and guests could dip them in the pouring chocolate, so thanks for this great recipe!

My mother & I use to make these and dip them in Chocolate. Instead of using toothpicks, we used thin pretzel sticks. Yummy & edible.
